If supporting documentation is available, then mark the criterion as 'Eligible'. If supporting documentation is unavailable, mark the criterion as 'Conditionally Eligible' by selecting this option from the Confirm Criterion Result dropdown and choosing the Self-Attestation button. Marking any criteria as 'Conditionally Eligible' will still allow you to proceed to verify the application and proceed to requesting the background check.
Any criteria marked as 'Conditionally Eligible' will need to be reviewed and updated within 90 days of arrival. See the Process Expedited Enrollment guide for more details.
