What happens if a 'Conditionally Eligible' applicant is determined not eligible during the 90-day window?

If an Expedited applicant, who was marked as 'Conditionally Eligible' is determined not eligible during the 90-day window, the Admissions Representative should mark the relevant criterion as “Not Eligible” in MyJobCorps and then email the Center Records Manager to inform them of the not eligible status. In the email, they should request that the Center Records Manager proceed with a fraudulent enrollment in CIS.
