Admissions Staff Alert Messages

This guide lists Gateway alerts for Admissions Representatives and OA Managers. Alert notifications are delivered according to MyJobCorps Gateway user role and system event.

This user guide is for the following MyJobCorps user roles: Admissions Representative (AR), OA Manager (OAM)

Admissions Staff Alert Messages

The following table details the alert message, the system event that initiates the alert, how the alert is received, and who receives the alert. A Yes indicates the user role receives the alert, and a No indicates the user role does not receive the alert.
