Overview
This guide highlights the primary views and navigation in MyJobCorps Gateway, including specifications for Admissions staff, Center staff, and Regional and National staff. Each view and tab play a crucial role in providing you with the necessary tools and information to process admissions activities effectively.

The information below provides an overview of the primary views and navigation in MyJobCorps Gateway for Admissions staff.
Admissions staff have the following options in their left navigation:
Home
When you log into MyJobCorps Gateway, you’re directed to the Home view. This view displays tabs at the top depending on your user role, and open cases requiring an action or decision.
Reminder: Cases are created in Gateway when an applicant completes their Profile in Portal, or when someone refers an applicant from the enroll.jobcorps.gov website.
Home View for Admissions Representatives
You will see four organized tabs at the top of your Home view that provide you with essential details about each case that is assigned to you. To easily find specific cases, you can utilize various filter options, the search bar, or sort using the headings.
- The Prospects tab displays assigned cases whose interest has not yet been confirmed.
- The Applicants tab displays assigned cases where interest has been confirmed. At a glance you can confirm if:
- An applicant has submitted their application
- An applicant has completed the health questionnaire in Portal
- The Returned by Center tab displays applications that have been returned following center review and require further review and/or necessary revisions.
- The Pending Arrivals tab includes applicants who are transitioning to their assigned center and includes key updates on their arrival progress, including Center Status updates.
Home View for OA Managers
You will see six organized tabs at the top of your Home view that provide you with essential details about cases requiring action by you. To easily find specific cases, you can utilize various filter options, the search bar, or sort using the headings.
- The Unassigned tab displays prospects who have not yet been assigned to an Admissions Representative.
- The Prospects tab displays cases that are assigned to you and whose interest has not yet been confirmed.
- The Applicants tab displays cases assigned to you and where interest has been confirmed.
- Within the table, you can view whether or not the application or the health questionnaire has been submitted.
- The Review Requests tab includes applications that are ready for QA review and Readmit Waiver Concurrence Requests for from your ARs.
- The Returned by Center tab displays applications that have been returned following center review and require further review and/or necessary revisions.
- The Pending Arrivals tab includes applicants who are transitioning to their assigned center and includes key updates on their arrival progress, including Center Status updates.
Alerts
The Alerts tab provides specific notifications to Gateway users based on their user role. User alerts indicate important case information or required actions a user must take to move the case through the workflow in Gateway.

Search
The Search view serves as a repository for all cases aligned to your admissions provider(s) regardless of the Case Status, Workflow Milestone, or assignment. You can use the search and filter functions to locate any specific case aligned to you or aligned to your admissions provider.

You will be able to select cases assigned to you to review additional details and take action. If the case is not assigned to you, you will have read-only permissions to view the case.
- If a case status is open, this indicates that the Admissions Representative assigned to the case is processing it. Admissions staff that is not assigned to a case will be able to view case.
- If the case status is closed (duplicate, completed, withdrawn, expired, etc.), Admissions Representatives and OA Managers will be able to view the case as read-only.
- Use the filter and sort features to create custom views that you can download or save as a default filter.
Staff
The Staff tab serves as a repository for all Admissions staff aligned to your assigned Job Corps Center. You can identify Current Caseload, Language Specialties, and the Last Activity associated with each Admissions Representative assigned to your center.
- OA Managers can update all assigned Admissions staff phone numbers from this view.
- ARs can update their own phone number.
Reporting
Admissions staff can access dynamic reports in Gateway by selecting the Reporting tab. When viewing the Reporting tab, you’ll see a grid of available reports that you can customize the filters and view data, depending on your user role.

Tasks
The Tasks dashboard displays open Tasks, provide updates, and track progress on work items requiring action. Tasks are trackable work items in Gateway that help Admissions Providers stay organized and track work requiring action.
OA Managers assign tasks, ARs resolve and mark them complete, and Federal staff can view, monitor, and comment on progress from the Tasks Dashboard on the Tasks tab.

Forms
The Forms tab is a repository of blank Job Corps forms, organized by type, that can be downloaded or printed as needed.

Center Staff

Center staff have the following options in their left navigation:
Home
When you log into MyJobCorps Gateway, you’re directed to the Home view. This view displays tabs at the top depending on your user role, and open cases requiring an action or decision.
Home view for Health and Wellness Reviewers
You will see three tabs at the top that display cases where action or a determination is required- once action has been taken, they will no longer display on Home but still be available in Gateway on the Search view. Each tab provides you with essential details about each case. To easily find specific cases, you can utilize various filter options, the search bar, or sort using the headings.
- The Pending Center Review tab are eligible applicants that have been assigned to your center by admissions that require review.
- The Returned to Admissions tab displays applications that have been returned to admissions during Applicant File Review (AFR) and require further review and/or necessary revisions. You will only see cases you selected to return.
- The Regional Review tab displays cases where additional review by the region has been requested, and denial is recommended.
Home view for Records Managers
You will see four tabs at the top that display cases where action or a determination is required- once action has been taken, they will no longer display on Home but still be available in Gateway on the Search view. Each tab provides you with essential details about each case. To easily find specific cases, you can utilize various filter options, the search bar, or sort using the headings.
- The Pending Center Review tab are eligible applicants that have been assigned to your center by admissions that require review.
- The Returned to Admissions tab displays applications that have been returned to admissions during Applicant File Review (AFR) and require further review and/or necessary revisions. You will only see cases you selected to return.
- The Regional Review tab displays cases where additional review by the region has been requested, and denial is recommended.
- The Pending Arrivals tab displays cases that have an Anticipated Arrival date set.
Alerts
The Alerts tab provides specific notifications to Gateway users based on their user role. User alerts indicate important case information or required actions a user must take to move the case through the workflow in Gateway.
Search
The Search view serves as a repository for all cases aligned to your center(s) regardless of the Case Status, Workflow Milestone, or staff assignment. You can use the search and filter functions to locate any specific case aligned to you or aligned to your provider.

You will be able to select cases assigned to you to review additional details and take action. If the case is not assigned to you, you will have read-only permissions to view the case.

- The Recommendations for Denial tab includes cases where denial is recommended by Center.
- The Readmit Waivers tab includes individuals who an Admissions Representative has requested a Readmit Waiver.
- The Pending Arrivals tab includes applicants who are transitioning to their assigned center.
