Overview
A case is created in Gateway after an applicant creates and completes their Profile in Portal. At that point, you can edit the applicant’s data as needed in Gateway. The Edit Application feature helps Admissions staff collect any missing information and ensure a complete application by providing a guided experience in Gateway that matches the Portal application. Admissions staff are prompted to enter data based on conditional fields, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Follow the steps below to edit an applicant’s case in MyJobCorps Gateway.
