No. MyJobCorps follows the PRH, which requires parent or guardian consent for unemancipated applicants who are 16 or 17. Applicants who are 18 or older are treated as adults in Portal and Gateway, and no signature request is generated.
If you need parent or guardian signatures for an applicant who is 18 or older, you may send the Agreements through your own AdobeSign account in JCDC and upload the signed forms to the Document Center.
