Do we need to upload agreements signed in MyJobCorps Portal to Gateway?

No, admissions staff do not need to upload forms signed in MyJobCorps Portal to Gateway. Agreements signed in MyJobCorps Portal can be viewed in the Agreements section of the Application tab in Gateway, or from the Document Center.

The only time you need to upload an agreement from MyJobCorps Portal is when you are working with a minor to obtain parent or guardian signatures. When an applicant is a minor, you must collect a parent/guardian signature on three forms outside of the MyJobCorps system. These forms should be downloaded from the Agreements section of the Application tab and will be listed as Parent/Guardian Signature Required.

Once the parent/guardian signatures are received, you must upload the forms to Gateway by selecting Add New Document from the Actions menu, select the appropriate Document type from the dropdown menu, and indicated Parent/Guardian Signature. After the signed forms are uploaded and accepted in Gateway, the status will update to Accepted.

Additionally, once the case is assigned to a center, forms signed in MyJobCorps Portal will transfer to the E-Folder in Gateway automatically, just like any other document.
