You can easily update the signature date digitally by unlocking the application in portal. Before you unlock their application, confirm your applicant is able to log into their account.
- From an applicant's case, select the Actions menu.
- Select Unlock for edits on Applicant Portal from the drop down.
- Select Yes to confirm.
When your applicant submits or resubmits their application in Portal, the system automatically updates the agreement signature dates.
