For your convenience, all forms used for admissions are available as blank templates in the Document Center in Gateway. You can download a blank copy of the forms from the Document Center if needed. If you already have these forms saved elsewhere or as part of an existing workflow (such as an Adobe Sign package), you can continue using them as you have been. Just make sure that any forms that are signed outside of the MyJobCorps system are uploaded to Gateway.
