If the center submits an applicant file for a Regional Review in Gateway, you do not need to select the “Flag for Regional Review” button within the Health E-Folder.
If the applicant file review was originated in CIS and the center needs to submit the applicant file for a Regional Review, then the Health and Wellness Manager/Director must select the “Flag for Regional Review” button within the Health E-Folder and the Records Manager will need to change the status of the applicant file from “Pending Center Review” to “Regional Review.”
