Avoid Onboarding Delays – Get Your MyJobCorps Access Right Away: Getting new admissions staff onboarded starts with the ID Auto Request in Citrix. This step is required before requesting a MyJobCorps account and skipping it can stall access and onboarding. Pet of the MonthMeet Audrey, Maureen Kowalski’s (Pittsburgh JCC) 15-year-old kitten. Audrey and Maureen’s meeting was a perfect case of a pet picking their owner. In 2012, Maureen was visiting the local animal rescue in search of a cat to adopt when she felt a paw swat at her head. To Maureen’s surprise, she turned around to find a young cat that greeted her with meow, and the two bonded instantly. Ever since that day, Audrey has kept Maureen and her husband laughing with all of her playful antics, boundless energy, and constant companionship. She is truly a treasured member of Maureen’s family! Send your pet photo submissions and a brief description to: MyJobCorps@Dol.gov |

You asked, we listened! On March 13th, ten Gateway enhancements went live – bringing beneficial updates to case notes, document type tooltips, and more. Recent system improvements include:
- Faster SSN Checks: We’ve reduced unnecessary database queries for duplicate background checks, making SSN verifications quicker and more efficient on each case page.
- Ability to Edit Portal Document Types: Gateway users now have the ability to edit the document type of Portal-uploaded documents (non-agreements), giving you more control uploads.
- Urgency Status in Case History: Urgency status changes now appear in the case history, ensuring expedited and priority cases are easily flagged based on critical information such as homelessness, human trafficking, natural disasters, and veteran status.
- Helpful Document Center Tooltips: Our Document Center now includes tooltips for each category, providing a list of acceptable documents to meet eligibility requirements.
- Fixed Conditional Eligibility Issue: We’ve resolved the issue where conditional eligibility on Eligibility Criterion 1 wasn’t saved when navigating between pages, ensuring your data stays intact.
- Corrected Document Upload for Eligibility Criterion 8A: Users will now be prompted to open the signed document instead of uploading ETA 652.
- "Assigned to Center" Button: The missing "assigned to center" button for cases returned by the center has been resolved.
- Increased Case Notes Character Limit: You now have 1,500 characters to document case notes, giving you more space to capture important details.
- Document Validation Before QA Review: A new banner in the Documents Center will prompt users to accept or reject documents before requesting a QA review, streamlining the validation process.
