Why can’t I edit a case in Gateway?

If you’re unable to edit a case:

  1. Make sure the case status is set to Open.
  2. If the case is marked as a duplicate, select Mark as Not Duplicate from the Actions menu.
  3. If the case is marked withdrawn or inactive, select Reopen Case from the Actions menu.
