New System Features

New Tasks for Background Check Corrections: When incorrect applicant information is detected during the background check process, a 'Background Check Correction' task is automatically created in Gateway, alerting admissions staff to take action. Additionally, admission staff will receive an email, titled 'Action Required: New Background Check Correction Assigned to You,' with a 48-hour resolution target, ensuring quick and timely corrections.

Making and Sending Background Check Corrections: When background corrections are made in Gateway, the revised information will automatically sync to JACS, removing the need to manually send emails to communicate changes.

- Improved Integration with JACS: The integration connection between MyJobCorps and JACS has been improved allow for faster background check requests. Background check requests are now sent to JACS in real-time, instead of nightly, which will start the applicants background check process sooner.
