Home View

You’ll notice an updated Home View with cases organized into clear, intuitive tabs (e.g., Unassigned, Prospects, Applicants, Returned by Center, Pending Arrivals) based on where they are in the admissions process. Other improvements include:

  • Better sorting and filtering – quickly find what you need.
  • More relevant information upfront - see key details without digging.
  • Contact details at a glance – no more searching for phone numbers and emails!

Navigation Updates

The left navigation bar has been updated. You’ll now see Search, formerly the All Cases view, and the Help tab, which has relocated the quick link for easier access.

Documents

Your document uploads and previews will be faster, which reduces the lag you may have experienced previously.

Submissions to E-Folder

Documents uploaded in MyJobCorps Gateway after a case has been assigned to center will now be synced and uploaded to E-Folder.

Easily Visible Case Center Status

A banner will appear to alert you when a case is transitioning from Gateway to CIS. Additionally, you’ll be able to quickly and easily check the latest center status of any transferred case directly within Gateway with just one click.

Regional Director (RD) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) Access:

RD access has been updated so they can view and search all cases across all Job Corps regions. Job Corps Federal CORs will have access to Gateway so they can run reports and access applicant cases for the admissions providers they oversee.
