Design and User Experience Improvements
- Case Management Enhancements: Home view groups cases based on their status in the process, displays applicants’ and prospects’ preferred contact methods and information, and offers enhanced sorting and filtering capabilities.
- Refresh Center Status: Admissions staff can refresh a student’s center assignment status within MyJobCorps, pulling the latest status from CIS in near real-time. "In Progress" status will display when a case is transferring to CIS.
- Navigation Updates: All Cases was renamed to Search, and the Help quick link relocated to the navigation bar.
- Updated Activity Log Categories: Categories have been consolidated and updated to better fit the new Activity Log, including: Confirm Interest, Outreach, Observations of Readiness, Case Notes, Task, QA Review Feedback, Readmit Waiver, Returned by Center, Regional Review, Inconclusive Background Check Resolution Rationale.
- Pending Arrivals Reports: Removed the 100-day stipulation from pending arrivals reports and home views.
- Application Summary Report: Updated to query data based on interest confirmed instead of submitted application.
- Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs): CORs now have access to view applicant data, readmit waivers, recommendations for denial, and customer service requests.
Bug Fixes
- 508 Updates: Addressed accessibility alerts and data table issues.
- Screen-reader Fixes: Resolved issues with screen reader reading elements twice.
- Background Check Status Update: Updated status from "Pending Screening" to "Request Received".
- Check History Enrollment ID Issue: Corrected the population of the wrong Enrollment ID in the database.
- Edit Case Birth County Issue: Fixed the capitalization issue when editing the birth county.
- EC Selection Issue: Ensured EC selection is saved when clicking "Continue".
- Career Interest Update Issue: Resolved the issue with updating career interests in the application.
- Homelessness Display Issue: Corrected the display of homelessness status on the 652 form.
- Email Alerts Update: Updated email alerts to remove confusing content when no AR is assigned.
- Background Check Request Report Totals: Fixed the issue with incorrect totals in the report

Design and User Experience Improvements
- Document Upload After Case Has Been Assigned: Admissions Representatives (ARs) can upload additional documents to the E-Folder after a case has been assigned to center.
- Phone Number Format: Updated phone numbers to display in the (XXX) XXX-XXXX format.
