Admissions Staff
- The "Confirmed Not Interested" option has been removed from the Confirm Prospect's Interest step. If a prospect isn't interested, withdraw the case using "Withdraw Application" in the Actions menu instead and select "No longer interested" as the reason.
Center Staff (Records / Health & Wellness Reviewer)
- New email notification when a case is assigned to your center. CRMs and HWRs will receive an automated email when a case reaches "Center Assigned,".
- Form 1-06 or Form 2-04 is now required before a Health & Wellness case can advance. The system will block "Clear for Enrollment" and "Request Regional Review" until one of those forms is uploaded.
Portal
- Updated "How did you hear about Job Corps?" options, including consolidated choices and new conditional fields (e.g., a "Recruitment Program" picklist when U.S. Navy is selected, with a new "U.S. Navy Ship Building" option).
- Updated "Referrer Relationship" options, including a new "Partner to Job Corps" conditional picklist and related Navy Ship Building option. The Picklist does not change how the selection is displayed in Gateway
