Applicant File Review Enrollment Workflow Restructure
- Anticipated Arrival Date Sends the CIS Payload: Submitting an Anticipated Arrival Date on the Plan for Arrival workflow now submits the student to CIS that places the case directly on the CIS OA Arrivals screen with the Anticipated Arrival Date and a Pending Arrival status. Anticipated Arrival Date changes can be resubmitted if there are changes in the arrival planning.
- Create Student Action Removed from the Enrollment Screen: The Create Student action and the Arrival Date picker have been removed from the Enrollment screen. Under the new flow the student information is submitted at Plan for Arrival submission, and the actual Arrival Date is captured in CIS on the OA Arrivals screen rather than in Gateway. The former “Arrive Student” section has been renamed “Return to Admissions”.
- Return to Admissions Removes the Case from CIS OA Arrivals: When a Center Records Manager submits Return to Admissions from the Enrollment screen, Gateway removes the case from CIS OA Arrivals, sets the CIS Center status to “Returned by Center,” and returns the application to the admissions workflow.
- Automatic Case Closure on CIS Enrollment: When a Center Records Manager enrolls a student on the CIS OA Arrivals screen, Gateway auto-closes the case, and stamps the Arrival milestone on the AFR Status Timeline using the Arrival Date sourced from CIS.
