Portal
- Users can now choose Dominican Republic as their Birth Country in the dropdown menu.
- Character limits have been applied to the following fields: Numbers of Months Employed; Estimated Hours per Week; and Time out of School.
- Personal Information Pronouns is optional but wasn’t saving the information if left blank:
- Now if an applicant leaves pronouns blank and selects save, their personal information data will save YES/NO toggle button is active for applicants with a second alternative name
Gateway
- Applied bug fixes to the Case Edit function.
- Applied bug fixes to signatures that were not showing up as Completed in Gateway after uploaded from Portal.
- Corrected an issue where Admissions Staff were unable to confirm eligibility for criterion 4 without an application submission in Portal.
- Modified Actions menu to only show Unlock Portal option after an application is submitted in Portal.
- Applied bug fixes to the Communications Log so that entries save with an uploaded document.
- Removed automated email notification to Applicants after a document is uploaded to Gateway.
- Applied bug fixes to the QA Review Request table so OA Managers can see all cases pending QA Review.
- Corrected grammar for a question in Portal.
- Corrected an issue where criterion 3 displays a YES for homelessness if a user selects they are “currently without permanent housing”.
- Applied bug fixes to validations on criterion 2 when processing cases for emancipated minors.
- Corrected an issue where the Authorization for Criminal History Record form was missing from the Documents tab.
- Applied bug fixes to criterion 0 so that Admissions staff can proceed without receiving an error message.
- Removed deactivated user accounts from appearing in the OA Manager view.
- Applied bug fixes to the Career Interests section to save when a user selects “Unsure”.
