Portal
- Enhanced the Birth County field to prefill selections of available counties based on the previously entered State.
- Fixed a bug that allowed prospects to select the submit button multiple times.
- Addressed an issue where some submitted EITs were not being aligned to the correct OA Provider, resulting in the cases not received into Gateway.
Gateway
- Updated OA Manager role permissions to allow them to fully process a case and submit to OASIS.
- Added a new feature to allow OA Managers and Admissions Representatives to reopen a previously withdrawn case.
- Integrated with JACS to automatically display the Background Check Result on the criterion 4 screen, thus eliminating the need to upload the PDF.
- Corrected an issue where Documents uploaded from Portal were disappearing after a Background Check was requested on the case.
- Ensured cases that were incorrectly confirmed as Duplicates are automatically reopened.
- Updated the Case Assignment interface to hide any OA Managers not aligned to the active OA Manager’s Admissions Provider.
