Portal
- The redundant Applicant Help Center link was removed from the Profile menu.
- The Review and Sign block on the dashboard is now visible while the application is in progress. The message within the block will update with next steps once the application sections and signatures are completed.
- EITs submitted within a 14-day window will correctly lock in Portal so that users are not directed to fill out another EIT after logging in.
Gateway
- The Email Address field in the Additional Contacts section is no longer incorrectly displaying as required.
- EITs submitted with special characters and erroneous spacing in first and last names will be marked as duplicate cases.
- A fixed has been made with Portal incorrectly sending Birth County/Parish when Birth Country is not the USA.
- The validation error in Edit Case when a single Career Interest is selected has been resolved.
- The mapping of data from Gateway to the generated ETA 652 form has been corrected for employment history and homelessness.
- OA Managers can now view the Communications Log for all cases aligned to their admissions provider.
- A new Reporting tab provides access to the Prospect and Prospect Contact Summary Reports.
- JACS Integration now includes Country of Birth on the Excel export and an expanded Background Check Detail field to 2000 characters on returned results.
