Portal

  • A dedicated landing page on enroll.jobcorps.gov has been launched to simplify the application process and prevent multiple EIT submissions.
  • Various issues with saving application data, including education, contacts, and employment details, have been resolved to ensure data integrity.
  • Users are now prevented from entering empty spaces in the forms, reducing errors.
  • The sizing of the Renewable Resources and Energy career interest text box has been corrected for better mobile viewing.
  • Resolved a problem where hitting "Submit" on the Express Interest Tool would skip steps without confirmation has been fixed.
  • Improvements have been made to the application summary page by adding fields like "Gender Specify" and "Additional Secondary Email".
  • The EIT confirmation page now includes the admissions tracker for clearer progress tracking.
  • Health forms are now available in the document types drop-down menu.

Gateway

  • Document types have been organized to match E-Folder, enhancing document management between High School Diploma and High School Transcripts.
  • Complete the Health Questionnaire (ETA 653) directly in Gateway with the new Health tab, simplifying the process.
  • Background check results will now automatically generate a document in the Documents tab and transfer to E-Folder once the case is in OASIS.
  • The Check History function will now be performed in a new Re-admissions tab.
  • The Eligibility tab has been redesigned to allow assessment of all 10 criteria without saving after each one.
  • The QA Review now guides you through case processing, including health information.
  • The Eligibility Criterion 4 screen now displays all necessary applicant information for background checks.
  • Detailed background check results are displayed clearly on the Eligibility Criterion 4 screen.
  • Urgency status (Standard, Priority, or Expedited) can now be quickly identified after transferring to OASIS.
  • Health forms are also now available in the document types drop-down menu for easy access.
