Date of Release: June 27, 2024

Portal

  • Resolved issue where clicking on the Add Employment plus symbol caused a pop-up error message to appear.
  • Fixed issue where the top navigation bar in the Application Summary page would move up slightly, causing white space.
  • Addressed issue where the "#" symbol did not display correctly for ATN numbers in the Spanish version of the Application Summary(submitted) page.
  • Renamed the top left header in the Agreements section to "Agreement Name" instead of "Form Name" for clarity.
  • Improved error handling when attempting to change the Document Type of a rejected document from Gateway (GW).
  • Adjusted the size of the Date of Birth field in mobile view to match other fields.
  • Corrected issue where the "Other" option was displayed incorrectly in the Public Assistance section of the Application Summary page.
  • Fixed translation discrepancies for Relationship options, employment status, previously employed options, and Personal Circumstances selections in the Spanish version.
  • Updated semantic markup and accessibility improvements across various pages, including keyboard accessibility fixes.
  • Added outage banners to notify users of temporary service disruptions.

Gateway

  • Moving forward, Gateway will include Regional Directors in the case workflow so they can perform their admissions functions such as handling readmit waivers.
  • Gateway document categories will include categories for the Parent Consent Form, Pre-Enrollment Interview Form, and Reasonable Accommodation Form, ensuring that that uploaded forms are automatically routed to the appropriate folder within E-Folder.
  • Gateway will automatically generate a Job Corps Internal Applicant Details document and insert it directly into E-Folder, addressing additional data requested on the legacy ETA Form 652.
  • At the conclusion of QA Review, Admissions Representatives will be able to initiate the center file review process by routing the application to the Center Information System (CIS).
  • The QA Review process has been updated to eliminate the need for a separate QA review in OASIS. The QA workflow will occur at the conclusion of eligibility, health, trade, and center preferences processes.
  • There is a new dedicated screen in Gateway so you can indicate the applicant’s top training preference. Once selected, you'll see a list of all centers that offer that training program, sorted by distance from the applicant's address, so that you can select the most suitable center.
