Gateway
- Addressed a bug where, after editing and saving a case in Gateway, the "Required" label still appeared even though the value had been saved.
- Fixed an issue where submitting a case to the center caused one of the documents uploaded from the Portal to be deleted in Gateway and not transferred to eFolder.
- Resolved an issue where the Edit/Delete functionality for documents was unavailable when the Eligibility Determined status was applied.
- Fixed an issue where forms were not visible for AR users in both Preprod and Prod environments.
- Addressed a bug where, after transferring admissions provider, updating the workflow milestone caused the AR to no longer see the case.
- Resolved an issue where the Job Corps Application Coversheet was not being generated upon submitting a case to the center.
- Fixed a bug where cases were being returned automatically after being submitted to the center.
- Addressed an issue where the "Created Account" green checkmark was not updated even after a Portal application was submitted.
- Fixed a bug in the Pending Arrival Report where out-of-scope cases were being shown.
- Addressed an issue where the "Transitioning Service Member" field in the 652 form was not being set correctly.
- Fixed an issue where Eligibility Criteria 5-10 eligibility status would close on Continue or page navigation.
- Fixed an issue where Centers were not showing for Training Programs in the Training & Center Selection.
- Added "Forms" to the global navigation bar for ARs to improve accessibility.
Portal
- Resolved an issue where the document status was not updated in the Portal when a document was accepted in Gateway.
- Resolved an issue where submitting an application in the Portal did not update the application submission status to "yes" in Drupal.
- Fixed a bug where the EducationStatusId was missing from the persistence payload when a school country was entered.
