Gateway
• Fixed the error that displayed when specific industry and training programs were selected.
• Updated the AR Assignment Emails to correctly display the AR’s name on the email.
• Corrected the workflow milestone to update to "Eligibility Determined" after the readmit waiver process is approved by a Regional Director.
• Improved the performance of the "Assigned To" filter on the All Cases page.
• Updated the mapping of zip code 81050, to align with Wind River instead of Dallas USDA, to support Case Transfers.
• Provided a tool for the Help Desk to resubmit documents uploaded by a user to avoid manual transfers.
Portal
• Prevented the input of non-alphanumeric characters, like emojis, in text fields and document file names to avoid issues with data transfers between Portal, Gateway, and JCDC.
• Prevented the input of numerical entries in city fields to help with incorrect Birth City information being sent to JACS.
• Fixed an issue with the dashboard, where the "Basic Information" section incorrectly displayed as "In Progress", after the applicant completed it.
• Corrected the city, state, and county alignments to remove county-related application errors.
• Created the ability to collect and provide JCDC Student ID to Gateway after the Center Assignment function is completed. This value will display to Gateway users on reports and other searches in a future release.
• Updated the mapping of zip code 81050, to align with Wind River instead of Dallas USDA, to support Case Assignments to OA Provider.
Express Interest Tool
• Removed the option for applicants to request AR contact and renamed the "Apply Now" button to simplify the process and encourage account creation.
