• Simplified Mental Health Form: A single, unified mental health chronic care management form replaces the previous 14 individual forms, aligning with recent changes in behavioral and mental health data collection at Job Corps. Access the updated form via the "Forms" tab in Gateway.
• Improved Application Tracking: System-generated emails now feature an updated and functional Application Tracking Number hyperlink, resolving previous error notices.
• Reduced Email Clutter: Regional Directors will no longer receive unnecessary Readmit Waiver assignment emails. Similarly, Admissions staff will no longer receive excessive "New Task" assignment email alerts.
• Income Eligibility Calculation Fix: The 6-month income eligibility check now accurately compares against the annual limits of the LLSIL and HHS standards.
• Temporary Identification Number: A new option allows the Hawaii office to input temporary identification numbers for individuals in the Pacific Islands.
• Readmission Process Enhancement: To prevent premature processing, Admissions staff are now restricted from clicking "Permitted to Proceed" on the readmissions tab while an applicant's waiver is under review by the Regional Director.
