Portal
Education Section Enhancements
- Updated education questions with intuitive navigation to collect the Highest Grade Completed, Current Education Status, and Diploma Type.
- Portal now maps highest education selection to one of 9 levels as defined in the PIRL.
- High School country, state, city logic now automatically shows or hides fields based on whether the user selects "USA" or another country.
- System now distinguishes diploma type to High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (GED or HiSET), Certificate of Completion from an Individualized Education Program (IEP) and None.
- System now reflects Current Education Status as 'Completed High School', 'Still attending High School', and 'Did not complete High School'.
- Updated validations in Gateway prevent invalid AR edits to education fields.
- Added a way to capture CTT One-way program participation.
Portal Profile Consolidation
- Redesigned the Profile to be a single page design into a simplified profile/account section.
- Referral submissions will create a new case but will no longer send ATN or case status to portal.
- Added a new option under the "How did you hear about Job Corps?" question: "U.S. Navy – Recruit Training Command."
- Specific fields in the Profile are now editable once Admission Staff start processing a case which is dependent on the case milestone status. Any allowed profile updates during processing are notified to the assigned AR.
- Moved career interests from Profile to the Application.
Portal Post Submission Enhancements
- Portal now reflects Gateway milestone updates in the application status.
- Enabled applicants to view their previous application in read-only mode when it is in a withdrawn or denied status.
- Added additional post-submission banners to clearly communicate the current status of their application.
Disability Disclosure
- Included a disability disclosure for applicants who are 24 years and 9 months and older to report if they have a disability.
Miscellaneous improvements and fixes
- Updated Additional Contacts page.
- Added an address confirmation page in the re-apply process to ensure applicants are routed to the correct Admissions Provider if they have moved.
- Added navigational enhancements based on the application status when logging into Portal.
- Previously withdrawn cases that have been reopened will now be routed to the new OA Provider responsible for cases within that zip code, instead of the case remaining with the previous provider.

New Features & System Updates
Case Duplicate Management
- Reduced clutter and confusion around duplicate applications.
- Duplicate cases are now hidden by default, so users only see actionable, valid applications. Added a toggle allows staff to show duplicates if needed.
- When an Admissions Representative is deactivated, their caseload is now automatically returned to the OAM unassigned queue and OAM is notified.
- System now identifies duplicate EIT (Express Interest) submissions more accurately.
- Improved rules reduce unnecessary duplicate cases being created, especially from referrals or Portal re-submissions.
Student Separation Data View
- System now displays separation metrics from the WIOA performance measures in the Arrival Details Report for non-level 1 ZT Separation Rate (%) and 90-Day Retention Rate (%).
Miscellaneous improvements and fixes
- Added a Disability Disclosure read-only field to EC2 and EC3.
- Implemented logic that automatically sets family size to 1 for income calculations when an applicant discloses a disability in EC3.
- Updated the language on the Eligibility page. Revised the SSN display to include dashes for improved readability.
- Updated the font used for Agreement signatures to be consistent.
- Provided Admissions Representatives with the ability to search all cases aligned to their Admission Provider.
- Enhanced the Communications Log to track any automated emails that are sent to applicants.
- Removed the Denied-Ready for Notification milestone.
- Updated the Constituent Issue Report to allow viewing and exporting comments.
- Removed the Default Date Range on the Search view to ensure cases are not unintentionally excluded during searches.
- An "ADD NEW DOCUMENT" button has been restored to the Documents tab and uploaded documents from Gateway now appear in the Portal.
